So many of us have some thoughts around what being a Tupperware party host looks like. For many of us, the mental image involves 60’s housewives, snacking on cheese and crackers and hearing about how plastic bowls are all the rage for keeping food fresh. How does that translate to the busy people of 2022? It doesn’t! Thankfully, Tupperware parties have evolved.

There are tons of ways that Tupperware can be shown since it isn’t available in stores. Did you know that? You can only buy genuine Tupperware from a Tupperware consultant, or the Tupperware brand website. Thanks to the internet, your favorite Tupperware lady doesn’t need to be in your town or even your state! I have customers all over the United States and I’m thankful to be the person they shop with.

Today I want to highlight my favorite 3 ways to work with people to Host a Tupperware party. Each of them are unique and all of them have the same Host perks.

In no particular order..

Let’s start with a house party. You invite some friends and family over, and I’ll come over with a ton of Tupperware to show everyone. We will do a few cooking demos to show people in action why Tupperware stands out. You and your friends get some time to catch up, we laugh and I’ll even give out prizes and maybe a discount or two. We can pretend that we are 60’s housewives and escape reality for a bit among friends.

Next are the virtual options. I’m going to start with something I created, the digital Demo on Demand, DoD for short. The DoD was created because people are busy, and social media algorithms drive me bananas. For a long time I had exclusively Facebook parties, I’ll get into those next. While they are great, I found that I wasn’t reaching everyone in the party because they weren’t being shown all of the information. A DoD happens through email. A Host shares a link with their friends, by texting it around, emailing it and posting it on their social media channels. People in their network opt in, and I email them the entire virtual presentation. From there, they can watch it on their own time! We binge Netflix without guilt, why not binge a Tupperware presentation? There is a game built in and a ton of product information. It has videos, interactive graphics and honestly is probably more informative than a Facebook or a house party. I believe it is the way of the future for businesses like Tupperware, and I’m leading the charge!

Last but certainly not least, is the OG of virtual parties, the Facebook party. A party on Facebook happens over the course of 5-7 days and can be just as interactive as a house party if guests engage. As a Host, I request that you “like” and comment on EVERY post, because Facebook algorithms do not show everyone posts if no one is engaging with them. I will do my best to engage with all guests through games, recipes and product posts. The beauty of Facebook is that people are often scrolling it and it is easy for people to participate. Many people have participated in Facebook parties over the past decade, it is familiar to them. They can be a total blast if people participate.

I would be failing you if I didn’t talk about perks for Hosts. For hosting a party of any kind, you will get a Tupperware keychain from me. They are cute, they are miniature versions of some of our most popular gadgets. You will also get our “Dating Gift”, a piece of Tupperware that varies month to month. You get a thank you gift when the party reaches $200 and at $300 you start accumulating free money to shop with! This is my favorite part of being a Tupperware Lady, i love working with hosts to spend their free money. Who doesn’t like shopping for free? Duh!

I hope I haven’t scared you away. Truly, being a Host is easy, typically fun and you get free stuff. I don’t know about you, but free is my favorite price! If you aren’t sure which party would work best in your life, let’s talk about it! Reach out. I’m happy to talk it through with you! Ready to book a party?
